What will your job look like?
You will:
- Analyze training needs and proposes the directions that learning solution should be taking.
- Craft end-to-end learning solutions - including high level and detailed level designs - that address the business' needs and priorities.
- Develop learning solutions (e-Learning, Workshops, Courses, learning programs).Develop course agendas, decides how best to deliver the course, and crafts exercises, simulations and important metric factors.
- Build learning technology solutions using authoring tools.
- Manage learning development projects in collaboration with both internal and external interfaces.
- Bring to the organization professional knowledge and standard methodologies relating to the learning and ISD profession, methodologies, tools, etc.
- Be encouraged to be a learning "guru", someone who always comes up with groundbreaking learning solutions.
All you need is...
- Bachelor of Arts or higher in Behavioral Science or Education and comprehensive experience of a minimum of 6yrs in the domain.
- Hands on as an ISD for at least 3 years
- Working in a global environment will be an advantage
- Project management
- Proven experience in matrix and sophisticated organizations is required
