What will your job look like?
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes training needs and proposes the directions that learning/OD solution should be taking. Oncebusiness needs have been identified by the Learning Manager/OD, the ISD works with content experts toexplore those needs and learn more about the relevant domain.
- Designs end-to-end learning/OD solutions - including high level and detailed level designs - that addressthe business' needs and priorities. Works closely with multiple focal points to explore the relevant contentand decide on the right method to use in the training.
- Develops learning solutions (e-Learning, Workshops, Courses, learning programs).Develops courseagendas, decides how best to deliver the course, and designs exercises, simulations and KPI factors.
- Creates learning technology solutions using authoring tools.
- Manages learning development projects in collaboration with both internal and external interfaces. Setstimelines and tasks to ensure that all interfaces are well aware of their respective roles in the project. Leadsthe activities of multiple interfaces from the business, operations, OD, etc.
- Brings to the organization professional knowledge and best practices relating to the learning and ISDprofession, methodologies, tools, etc. Expected to be a learning "guru", someone who always comes upwith cutting edge learning solutions.
All you need is...
Critical Experiences:
- Previous experience as an ISD (at least 2 years)
- Experience working in a global environment - advantage
- Experience in matrix and complex organizations - must
- Experience in project management.
Credentials:
- BA or higher in Behavioral Science or Education domains.
- Comprehensive experience in the domain (at least 6 years in relevant roles).
