We’re looking for a Web Optimization Lead to join our growing Web Marketing team within the Keysight Global Marketing organization. As a Web Optimization Lead you will be responsible for defining, creating, and launching cutting-edge digital experiences and help us drive continuous improvements to keysight.com. As our online presence is extremely important for the business, your position will play a pivotal role in driving our online growth and success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and analysis of optimization and personalization programs on keysight.com
  • Develop web testing and personalization strategies
  • Implements A/B, multivariate, and personalization tests and programs
  • Documents and ensures testing and optimization platform can scale and be adopted by the business
  • Manage web projects with cross-functional teams
  • Supports test prioritization and ongoing roadmap of optimization improvements
  • Supports development and integration of optimization solution within the marketing tech stack
  • Provide quantitative analyses to support the development of effective web marketing strategies
  • Reports on testing efforts and communicate insights to a broader audience
  • Develops reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and DOMO to ensure testing needs are met and optimally performing

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years of experience in web marketing, preferably in a high-tech field with a global website domain
  • Previous experience in planning and implementing successful enterprise web test, optimization, and personalization strategies
  • Experience with Adobe Target
  • Strong project leadership, organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expert user of web analytics tools and concepts, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics

Manage program budgets as assigned.   Education and Experience Required: BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience in direct marketing, communications or marketing.   Knowledge and Skills: Solid writing and editing skills- some peer or manager edits typically needed. Solid organization and program management skills.
