Job Description

The position lies in Accounts Payable with job responsibilities noted below but not limited to:

• Perform supplier data analytics for identifying and implementing opportunities resulting in overall improvement in cash flow of the company. 
• Good understanding of Oracle system environment and end to end P2P flow with relevant experience in Accounts Payable & Employee Reimbursement processes.  Work with AP operations closely to understand the challenges and pain points suffered in the processes or systems. Provide leadership to design or streamline the processes to address the operations challenges.
• Perform data analysis and make proposal to roll out any new projects leading to process efficiencies and/or cost savings for Accounts Payable function.  Partner with operations and stakeholders to implement the proposal which involves different phases such as design, testing, communication, and plan for smooth go live.
• Solve a broad range of Accounts Payable or Employee Reimbursement business-related problems of varying scope and complexity.
• Keeps management informed of project progress and key challenges on timely basis.

Job Qualifications

• Master’s degree or University Degree in Accounting or CA.
• At least 6-7 years relevant working experience preferably in a multinational organization. 
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience with strong analytical skills.
• Good knowledge on ERP system such as Oracle with ability to know system functionality.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
