Role: UX Designer -I
As a senior design team member, you will be leading the design process, establish a strong working backward process from the customer, raise the bar for design deliverables, collaborate with all the involved teams including product, engineering, marketing, customer growth, etc. collect and utilize customer insights to make product decisions, help define the long term vision and strategy from the product and design perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering UX designs while working closely with cross-functional teams
- Own end-to-end UX process based on existing product vision and business requirements
- Creating information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframe, screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, design specifications, and guidelines with little direction
- Create and communicate end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, -prototypes, and specs to stakeholders
- Help lead improvements to process and relationships beyond scope of individual work with a track record of influencing the product direction
- Lead data-driven design methodologies to champion refinements of the product until the usability and experience reach a delightful experience and success criteria
Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of work experience as a UX designer in the tech domain
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design, human factors, HCI, or a related discipline
- An online portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, approach to the problem, and design deliverables like conceptual models, navigation and user flows, information design, and mock-ups
- Effectively collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Ability to filter the noise and identify the root cause of the customer problem using data from various sources
- Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Self-motivated to think outside the box and can navigate through ambiguous situations
