Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 15+ years experience working in product or service design
  • OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 12+ years experience working in product or service design
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).

• 5+ years people management experience.Resume must include a link to design portfolio

• Active thought leadership in user experience issues and trends
• Deep understanding of the technical concepts at play
• Strong command of all aspects and levels of interaction/UX design from information architecture to systems and workflows to micro-interactions
• Experience in information architecture, interaction design, user research, or usability testing
• Strong skills for creating a variety of interaction documents including user scenarios, task flows, conceptual models, annotated wireframes, creative briefs, competitor analysis, and heuristic analysis

Responsibilities

• Drive team to design and prototype for enterprise solutions, rapid prototyping, and designing for zero to one products.
• Lead experience strategy, interaction design, creative direction, and craftsmanship for generative AI products and product features
• Manage a team of seasoned product designers
• Drive cross-team collaborations among your team and other designers, researchers, program managers, product planners, and engineers from early product stages to implementation
• Understand the behaviors, motivations, and needs of our customers to develop relevant and impactful experiences to drive growth and engagement
• Contribute to strategic product planning via experience roadmaps
• Propose creative solutions to complex user experience journeys, drawing on your ability to map end-to-end experiences
• Identify new opportunities and generate innovative ideas to improve our processes, products, and culture, influencing design direction and research methodologies express inspiring product vision. Have foundational understanding of AI platform and models
