RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Cloud Architect, you will assist in implementing and supporting large-scale cloud implementations on AWS. Other Duties include architecting and implementing cloud solutions for different Verint Applications, automating cloud operations delievrables, Cloud Deployments and Programming. Key Accountabilities
• Enhance our cloud capability by creating and implementing architecture to support our cloud hosted and Hybrid components.
• Develop and Implement ways to migrate customers to cloud platform. 

• Build, release, and manage configuration of production and test infrastructure on public clouds 

• Deployment Automation and Orchestration
• Work Closely with Product Teams to understand solution requirements and identity architecture patterns/ design requirements.
• Write and Develop cloud automation playbooks for managing and scaling hosts, clouds services, containers and applications
• Monitor Compliance of cloud resources to see if they fit industry best practices.
• Help Other Teams resolve application to platform Integration issues for PaaS and IaaS Services.
• Work closely with team to create and maintain architectural templates and build Ops Documents 

• Automate AWS tasks with Terraform/ Cloud Formation Template 

• Architect AWS (other) Platform Services Provisioning with Cost Of Savings and Optimized perfornces as key criterias.

Must Have Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with AWS
• Programming skills with experience in webhook and API development (using Node.js, Python, Shell, Powershell)
• Exposure to microservices like Containers, Kubernetes
• Ability to create and Modify Teraform templates
• Ability to work on Cloud Formation Templates 

• Hands-on implementation experience with AWS where legacy has been migrated to Public Cloud 

• Proficient in common cloud service-oriented platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google, others) 

• Implementation of infrastructure build and configurations of a variety of services including Compute, Containers, Container OS and Container orchestration (E.g. Docker, COS, GKE),Storage, IAM, SDN (VPC and XPN) 

• Familiar with source control and build/dependency management system (Git, Maven, etc). 

• Passion to continuously learn and updated with new trends in technology 

• Design and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines for cloud apps and data pipelines (Jira, Git, Jenkins, confluence, PlanUML) 

• Design AWS deployments based on customer needs, best practices, and patterns 

• Sound Exposure on Ansible to create and run playbooks. 

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other partners. 

• 10 to 15 years of Overall Experience.

• AWS Solution Architect Certification (Professional) Or any Industry Standard cloud platform certification Organization Chart (boss, peers and direct reports)
