Responsibilities
Deep familiarity with NAS and Object Storage Architecture and enterprise class storage arrays, server infrastructure, and backup solutions. 
•    SME level experience with Netapp and IBM Spectrum Scale(Value Added)
•    Storage knowledge on Backup technologies preferred is Commvault
•    Deep Understanding of route/switch deployment and supportability capabilities as they relate to the traffic inbound/outbound from the storage array layer of “the stack”. 
•    Experience with data migrations from one environment to a new one and experience with building migration plans with the customer. Must also have experience with the documentation of these migrations; managing the QA and contributing to design documents, test plans, and as builds. 
•    Monitors and reviews systems/storage performance issues and ensures end-to-end operations are continuously successful and executed as cheap as possible within the department’s area.
•    Day-to-day operational management, including response, incident, event and problem management activities.
•    Understand different platforms, applications, hardware and infrastructure and how they interact.
•    Provide technical oversight to others resolving high severity hardware, operational, infrastructure and application incidents.
•    Oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problems to ensure infrastructure and application stability.
•    Proficient in Knowledge on Ansible/AWX
•    Proficient in programming skills in anyone of Python, PowerShell or Ruby
•    Expertise in Storage management (NAS, CIFS, NFS & S3)
•    Knowledge of backup systems management
•    Proficiency with performance, capacity planning and reporting tools
•    Understanding of storage tiering and focus on lower cost archiving options
•    Understanding of backup systems
•    Require exposure to following vendor technologies like Netapp and IBM Spectrum Scale 
•    Working knowledge of Enterprise clustering technologies.
•    Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes (Lean, Agile)
