Responsibilities Keysight IT is hiring a DevSecOps Engineer to bolster our Engineering Tools COE Team’s engagement with the Software R&D community. This role will focus on engineering and supporting Keysight’s Software DevSecOps toolchains. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate and influence effectively with diverse Keysight software development teams and be able to define scope and high-level technical plans and deliverables in alignment for our overall DevSecOps Strategy. Key responsibilities Leads development of high impact and/ or long-range strategic solutions and/or initiatives, including development of broad architectural strategies Initiates innovative IT solution/design concepts Support and evangelize our tools and processes Facilitate / Coordinate Technical Solutions across COEs by developing value propositions & roadmap Establish relationships with business R&D partners Collaborate with R&D Managers and across business organizations Technical consultant to software developers globally. Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical topic e.g., Computer Science. Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years of DevSecOps experience. • 5+ years of Linux or Windows system administration experience • 8+ years of Jenkins administration and CI/CD pipeline experience • 8+ years of production Software lifecycle management • 5+ years programming experience working with various languages (C/C++, C#, Python, .NET, Java, shell, etc.) • 5+ years of configuration management experience (Ansible (preferred), Chef, Puppet, etc.) • 5+ years of Linux or Windows system administration experience • Troubleshooting typical CI/CD tools and process issues • Git SCM experience, Bitbucket preferred • Solid development background • Knowledge of software delivery automation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must Requires extensive experience and knowledge in job and ability to work independently. Bonus Skills • Virtualization solutions (VMware, KVM, OpenStack) • Log monitoring and analytics (ELK, RFK, Splunk) • Public Cloud services and deployments (AWS) • Knowledgeable about user interface design • Computer networking • Knowledge of Eggplant products • Software security
