JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Proficiency:

Under supervision responsible for ensuring that processes are followed within SLA and as per guides for activities pertaining to a particular process or for a geography. Also function as an individual contributor; performing activities related to HR Operations.
 

Outcomes:

  1.  Assist in ensuring that queries from employees through phone email and the ticketing system are responded to on time and that resolution is provided within prescribed SLAs
  2.  Assist in ensuring that processes are followed within SLA and as per guides for activities pertaining to a particular process or for a geography.
  3.  Constantly review and come up with recommendations for improving operational efficiency scalability and enhanced employee experience
  4.  Assist in sourcing and managing external vendors to help with various HR operations related activities
  5.  Safety of assets data and information directly responsible for
  6.  Reporting and auditing


 

Measures of Outcomes:

  1.  Accuracy and error free execution in all areas of the specialised function
  2.  Meeting of timelines for processes handled
  3.  Multi-tasking ability based on efficiency in the given assignment
  4.  Proactive implementation and execution of given tasks
  5.  Contribution towards process improvements and enhancement of operation efficiency

Knowledge Examples:

  •  Knowledge of HR practices policies and basic employment laws
    1.  Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint)
    2.  Good knowledge of working with Learning Management Systems
    3.  Strong knowledge in HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
    4.  Strong track record of building and delivering learning experiences i.e. training/facilitation skills
    5.  Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
    6.  Must have knowledge on the business and functional aspects of the processes being implemented
    7.  Ability to quickly learn aspects of organization policies and processes
    8.  Data security and compliance requirements
