Job description 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
     
  • 2 years of experience in technical project/program management.
     
  • Experience with enterprise support systems.
     


Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in technical project management.
     
  • Experience with JSON, Python, or HTML.
     
  • Experience with business requirements management, solution design, customer journey mapping, and solutions delivery.
     
  • Ability to communicate to both technical and business stakeholders and users.
  • Ability to solve problems through structured root-cause problem solving and prioritization.
     
  • Excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation, communication, project management, and analysis skills.
