Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Channel Management

• Develop and execute a content strategy for Recruit CRM's YouTube channel.
• Work on video content creation - ideate new concepts, write scripts, and coordinate with
• the design teams for video creation.
• Oversee video promotion on other social media platforms.
• Optimize video content for search engines and user engagement.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as views, subscriber count, and watch time.

YouTube Community Management

• ​​​​​Actively manage and moderate the YouTube community tab, responding to comments and queries.
• Build and nurture relationships with subscribers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with influencers and other YouTube channels for cross-promotion.

Trend Analysis

• ​​​Identify new trends in video marketing and propose innovative ideas to accelerate channel growth.

Performance Metrics

• Measure and report the performance of the YouTube channel and community engagement, assessing against planned goals and KPIs.

Skill Required : 

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts with a focus on YouTube.
• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Familiarity with video SEO and YouTube analytics.
