We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Director of Revenue Finance to join our team. The Director of Revenue Finance will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies, pipeline reporting, booking methodology, financial competitive landscape and models that optimize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market. The Director of Revenue Finance will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive revenue growth and maximize customer lifetime value.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Lead financial planning and strategy for the GTM organization.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors to inform financial decisions-making.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop pricing models and pricing tools that enable efficient and effective pricing decisions.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement promotional pricing strategies and optimize pricing for different customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams to analyze cost structures and product features to inform pricing decisions.
  • Monitor pricing performance, conduct regular pricing reviews, and adjust pricing strategies as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast pricing and revenue performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to pricing and revenue management.
  • Work with marketing on MQL-SQL process and reporting
  • Win/loss reporting

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, financial analysis, or related field. Software pricing preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, revenue management, and pricing tools and models.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
