Role : Test Lead – L6

Who are we looking for?

Looking for a Test Lead having 8+ years to work on the ( Mobile) Development Project from the scratch for one of the Telecom Account. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in performing a Test Lead Role and having exposure on in Agile SDLC, closely working with the dev team and client.

Technical Skills:

 Testing mobile devices to ensure their configuration, operation, and capabilities work efficiently.

 Working with device manufacturers, product managers, and development teams to test and optimize mobile products.

 Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance.

 Working with a variety of databases and coding programs such as SQL, HTML, XML and JSON feeds.

 Updating operating systems specifically Android. Producing clear and concise test reports and releasing notes to co-workers when needed.

 Technical knowledge of test tools (i.e., TDP, Quality Center, SOA Test, QTP, HP Performance Center, Load Runner)

Process Skills:

 Knowledge of agile delivery model, process, and Agile/Scrum Methodologies

 Knowledge of test standards, methods, and procedures

 Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, or operational issues.

 Assisting with the configuration of test environments.

 Suggesting new processes and policies to improve mobile development techniques.

 Strong time management skills

 Ability to manage timelines, duration, and escalations.

 Basic business process and application knowledge

 Basic knowledge of application flows

Behavioral Skills :

 Take ownership of the Mobile Application and provide the support as and when needed.

 Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

 Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

 If needed ready to work in 2PM to 11PM (IST) shift timings.

 Having exposure on Telecom Mobility Domain.

 Good communication skills
