Position Overview:

Become an integral part of Thena's dynamic journey. As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our product with our clients. This role demands more than just addressing support queries; it's about deeply understanding our product and its potential. Ideal candidates will have a solid development background, with aspirations to transition into a product-centric role. Please note: This role supports our US-based customers, requiring the candidate to be comfortable working night shifts to align with US hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Promptly respond and engage with customer inquiries related to the product, ensuring top-tier satisfaction.
    • Facilitate smooth communication channels between customers and internal teams.
  • Product Debugging:
    • Undertake basic debugging tasks pertinent to our product.
    • Utilize internal tools to efficiently diagnose and address customer challenges.
  • Backlog Management:
    • Supervise product backlog items introduced by GTM teams.
    • Prioritize, streamline, and delegate tasks to the appropriate in-house teams.
  • Product Demonstrations and Setup:
    • Collaborate with GTM teams during product demonstrations.
    • Act as the primary troubleshooter for resolving setup-related concerns.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Candidates should possess 1-5 years of experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Technical Acumen: Robust past development experience is paramount, equipping you with a foundational understanding of our product's intricacies.
  • Product Orientation: A fervent inclination toward the product domain, anticipating a future shift towards product management.
  • Communication Prowess: Strong communication abilities are crucial. The ideal candidate can adeptly translate customer requirements into clear product/engineering directives.
