Leads the Inventory operations ensuring that stock accuracy and picking accuracy is fully met as per KPI needed 

1. Lead the inventory and eng change management in the in-plant operations

 2. Key contact for the customer for inventory related issues and for new parts introduction 

3. Ensure 100% stock accuracy and cycle count as per plan 

4. Driving continuous improvements including space and manpower optimization 

• Min 5 years of operational experience in managing in-plant operations for automotive/manufacturing OEM especially inventory management 

• Proven team management skills 

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power-point 

• Qualifications – BE (preferable) 

• Communication, Team Management and Perseverance Skills
