Work in a team environment to implement and support the Kronos Workforce Central system. Assist DHL Project Managers in completing system implementations. Responsibilities include maintaining Kronos servers, configuring clocks, conducting orientations, analyzing requirements, and consulting with internal customers. Successful candidates will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment at to implement and support the Kronos Workforce Central system.
- Works closely with the DHL Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers in support of system implementations
- The Kronos Technical Consultant will account for all project time, reflected in DHL’s project management tool.
The Kronos Technical Consultant will primarily perform the following tasks:
- Maintain all Kronos servers including web and application servers and the Microsoft SQL Server database
- Configure new/existing Kronos clocks
- Conduct technical system orientation for internal customers
- Maintain all application and system security profiles
- Analyze enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
- Understand and configure interfacing and reports
- Consult with internal customers on business rules and requirements
The Kronos Technical Consultant will communicate with internal customers and colleagues in a timely, professional manor and will escalate issues to the Project Manager as necessary.
- Escalate issues when all avenues of resolution are exhausted
- Escalate inhibitors to success when encountered
The Kronos Technical Consultant will portray a positive, proactive and professional work ethic within DHL and to people he or she interacts with on a daily basis.
