• Ensure all service providers meet Customer requirements and follow the SOP MIS and Billing Inputs
• Ensure to provide right input to FBAP team for LSP billing
• On time and accurate MIS for JCB part / production planning Area Operations staff at all levels
• Daily working process review and discussion

• Coordination with buyer and LSPs for appropriate decisions to meet business requirements.
• Ensure operational issues are registered and resolved or escalated to next level within time frame and most efficient possible manner.
• Ensure accurate planning and end to end managements of all inbound shipments.
• Support on ad hoc requirement and convert ideas into projects, Adherence to project’s SOP
• Ensure that the SOPs are being followed and adhered to by LSP/JCB and LLP team members
• Ensure SLA are met and actions to be taken to ensure all KPIs are met as agreed Safely and Quality Assurance
• Ensure safe working practices and environment within the projects.
• Participate in DESC quality policy and initiatives e.g. ISO accreditation. Skills
