JOB DESCRIPTION
Interface to Business
• Serve as the IT interface for all business functions for demand management and implementation, service management and relationship management in the area of Sales, Marketing, Supply and Corporate Functions technology platforms
• Provide support and lead through key IT initiatives; proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Operate as the key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services and capabilities and ensure delivery as per promise
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Perform business needs assessment & value analysis and collaborate on mapping of technical specifications through IT Partners
• Gather, Understand, and Document the complete business requirements.
• Develop and implement function need based solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the target (organization and with customers)
• Manage the approved IT budgets and spends ; Continuous focus on improving cost of delivery/service
BAU Efficiencies
• Act as the key liaison for the assign function to all other functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors
• Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of solution introductions, enhancements and withdrawals
• Oversee existing solutions / platform utilization , impact, benefit and resolve day to day operational issues
Experience
• 4-6 years experience in a business facing functional supporting role
• Experience in requirements elicitation and documenting the same;
Experience of using Business Analysis methodology
• Experience in AlcoBev or Consumer Packaged Goods Industry;
• Experience in the following areas will be an added bonus
- Technology tools such as Analytics, web applications, mobile applications, Drupal, Sprinklr, Lotame, Datanova
- Experience managing consumer data and conversant with data privacy frameworks such as GDPR
- Experience with deliverables on metrics related reporting using analytics/visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc
- Experience with driving projects using Agile frameworks
