We are looking for a skilled candidate with experience in learning and talent development. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the business, identifying learning opportunities, and curating learning and talent needs based on business requirements. They will also design and deploy learning solutions across different levels and domains. The ideal candidate should have expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and project management. Additionally, experience in Fintech, Banking, and Payments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the business, identify potential learning opportunities and curate learning and talent needs as per business requirements.
  • Identify, design, and deploy learning solutions (classroom, virtual, online) for capability development across levels.
  • Work with SME in Engineering and Products to design learning curricula and programs to bridge the skill gaps in technical and domain areas.
  • Curate and design behavioral and leadership development initiatives and programs specific to the OU and the organization.
  • Close talent gaps and drive adoption of scalable solutions that address development needs.
  • Collaborate with and coach business managers, people partners on learning needs and solutions.
  • Regularly track, measure impact of implemented learning solutions and work with people partners and business to drive adoption.
  • Lead/contribute to the Learning Tech/LXP charter for Zeta.
  • This is a team management role and the incumbent will lead  1-2 learning specialists

Who should apply for this role?

  • Experience- 6+ yrs.
  • Qualification- B.E/B.Tech/MBA/Masters from a reputed institute.
  • Experience with instructional design, facilitation and project management.
  • Experience of working with technology cohorts and business is a requirement.
  • Domain knowledge in Fintech/Banking/Payments is a plus.
  • Deep application of L&D/OD/Consulting/coaching concepts, principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in assessment, diagnosis & feedback, talent solutions design, and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting and partnering with senior leaders and teams.
  • Preference - FinTech, Technology, Product cos
