  2. Lead content development, involving extensive research and collaboration with industry stakeholders to address knowledge gaps.
  3. Recruit and manage top Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to work on content creation.
  4. Establish robust quality assurance processes through peer reviews.
  5. Optimize content delivery using technology, with a focus on design, editing, and user-friendly presentation.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Minimum of 10 years' experience in pedagogy and curriculum development, preferably with a reputable educational institution.
  2. A forward-looking approach to stay updated with evolving industry needs.
  3. Strong research and interaction skills to identify knowledge gaps and industry requirements.
  4. Proven ability to recruit and manage Subject Matter Experts.
  5. Proficiency in using technology for content design and delivery.
