Job Description

- Lead long term engineering delivery for all products and services, including monitoring, clearing, settlement and dispute/issue resolution, to ensure outage free and seamless service delivery

- Drive high efficiency standards of Business Delivery & Run Technology, developing department goals and maintaining IT system and delivery (operations)

- Oversee the performance and ensure the availability of IT infrastructure round the clock with minimum downtime

- Provide technology vision and leadership for developing and implementing IT initiatives to help the enterprise maintain a competitive advantage

- Blend of engineering, service delivery, infra services and working with design controls to ensure no downtime at any point

- Handle teams at senior levels across niche skill sets and in a larger remit

- Work closely with financial regulators to ensure compliant processes are in place

The Successful Applicant

- Technology education qualification is a must - B.Tech/ B.E ; Tier 1 institutes preferred

- 15+ years of relevant experience on Open-source technologies and leadership roles (max age limit : 48-50 years)

- Should be hands-on when required with the team to design, set-up the architecture and develop, deliver best in class engineering products at the back of coming with a strong engineering development and delivery experience

- 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale technology led IT systems and infrastructure, having transformative approach to providing the best engineering solutions

- Thought leadership and transformative mindset towards providing engineering delivery of products and solutions

- Preferably coming with experience from large tech development centers/ fintechs , payments/ consumer tech industries
