You will perform a variety of functions to support compliance with internal policies, procedures and external regulations. Responsibilities may include creation and administration of internal firm wide governance frameworks and committee materials, assessment and adherence to control frameworks, coordination with internal audit and regulators, maintaining robust policies, procedures, standards, and document governance practices.

This role will support the Risk Assessment and Framework program team which requires -

  • Manage appropriately sized project work streams, produce, and maintain project plans, business requirements and adoption plans.
  • Manage execution and reporting of the system development lifecycle for a series of product tools including delivery, tracking and reporting of requirement writings , testing execution and product roadmap delivery
  • Drive the calendar of cross-LOD technology release communications and relevant announcements across the business, including partnering closely with the Technology team and LOB/Corporate Function partners to identify requirements to communicate program/product delivery, and process improvement to the broader CCOR team and stakeholders.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc projects or requests when needed
  • Lead meetings and presentations, at the operational and project level; work with program management to help priorities work across impacted areas.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aware and appraised of key developments; maintain living, evolving, documentation to ensure there is clarity of both the current status and next steps. Provide continuous feedback on plan status; ensure information is shared and issues addressed.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint techniques
  • Facilitate and actively partake in requirement walkthroughs with SMEs and key business users, obtain, review, and understand project requirements so that you can effectively lead the project, assess risks and issues, actively help solve problems that may arise, and ensure robust solutions are delivered to meet the specified business requirements.
  • Perform a Business Analyst role to cover functional and non-functional requirements
  • Identify, document, and communicate risks and dependencies affecting deliveries; draft their resolution. Actively identify, manage & escalate Risks, Issues & Dependencies, whilst continuing to own mitigation.
  • Demonstrate effective controls around the introduction of change and or process improvements. Provide robust change management for the project, ensuring any requirement changes are appropriately impacted, prioritized, and accommodated.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Manage user acceptance testing and implementation
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; 10-12+ years work experience in the financial industry, preferably in Risk, Compliance, Oversight & Control, or Finance
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to harness large data sets and analyses to deliver insights and new features for senior management reviews
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications.  .
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships. 
  • Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with ability to work independently
  • Ability to develop partnerships across multiple business and functional areas
  • Proven ability to gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
  • Team player that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments
  • Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working Hours: 1:30pm to 10:30pm India Time (4am to 1pm NY Time)
