Roles & Responsibilities


• Responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, administration, configuration, problem
resolution and/or technical support for voice and data infrastructure related hardware and software.
• Communicates and coordinates network/security maintenance and schedules.
• Coordinates installation of hardware and software by others including outside vendors.
• Monitors and maintains network stability.
• Direct and build (staff, train, and maintain employee skill levels) the team that troubleshoots, repairs
and monitors customer’s network and security services.
• Create, maintain, and enforce all processes and procedures for the team.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team and also independently as required and Self-motivated
with a positive attitude towards work.
• Manage internal/external audit process to ensure compliance with all the processes.
• Must Have Skills:
Working experience with Firewalls, Switches, Router, SDWAN, VPN, VOIP, WAN, LAN. (Fortinet, Cisco
and other vendors)
Experience with NMS tool, Web proxy, SIEM, IPS/IDS , Cloud Networking, WAF preferred.
• Certification: CCNA, CCNP or higher.
• Advanced/fluent English skills (written and verbal) and Strong communication skills.
 

Qualification & Experience

• Proven hands-on Network operations (L3 level) experience (Minimum 6 years)

Broad outline of the Role Responsible for managing day to day network operations and maintenance, in the respective areas of Network/SDWAN/Cloud and security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility and IoT/other domains.
