Role Requirement
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation.
· In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP, and SNMP.
· Strong understanding of network security principles and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control.
· Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Nagios, and SolarWinds.
· Demonstrated ability to design, implement and manage large-scale network infrastructure.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and project management skills.
· Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. Ability to implement, administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches & controllers
Job Requirements
Key Accountabilities
· Design, implement and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and other network hardware and software components.
· Develop network architecture plans and roadmaps to meet business requirements, performance goals and security standards.
· Evaluate network performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Recommend network security measures and implement security policies to ensure network security and data protection.
· Monitor network usage, availability, and reliability to ensure the network is operating effectively and efficiently.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to ensure network solutions meet business needs.
· Develop project plans and manage network implementation projects from initiation to completion.
· Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to network architecture and security.
· Should have experience in implementing Zero Trust Network, example Zscaler or similar tools
· Respond to support requests via emails/tickets and phone calls within response time SLAs
Responsible for L2, L3 & Firewall configuration, backup, updates & restoration in case of failures
· Should be able to adapt new technologies like Network as a Service
Responsible for global locations network setup
· Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configuration
· Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
· Responsible for Cisco IPPBX & Cisco VC solutions
· Responsible for configuring the network VPN in AWS, Azure & other public/private clouds
· Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
· Configuration of Network device and Syslog, TACACS systems
· Intermediate Troubleshooting of network related incidents (link outages, peer outages, router/switch/firewall hardware failures, multicast and broadcast issues, network performance issues
· Hardening the current network infrastructure & provide suggestions to improve the network security
· Coordinate with customers and vendors to establish VPN setup
· Ability to build a network setup for the organization from scratch.
