Job Description:
Responsible for consulting and solving business problems for pharma customers.
• Provide solutioning and presales support – ability to gauge the client requirements on marketing operations, data & analytics and align Indegene service offerings.
• Anchor RFP responses by working closely with multiple stakeholders to develop proposals, drive end-to-end bid management, proposal response authoring and support proposal defence discussions
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients; identify new business opportunities and value add solutions for existing accounts.
• Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions for identifying win themes and value proposition during proposal development.
• Drive discovery sessions with customers for shaping up opportunities and pipeline
• Design collaterals like case studies and business cases which can aid in better positioning of services.
• Keep abreast of current trends in business and marketing; analyze market trends, conduct primary and secondary research to gather required account intelligence.
• Maintain regular tracker and prepare reports to BU leadership.
Desired Profile:
Masters in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field required
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience with at least 3-4 years in presales, solutioning, marketing or related field
• Experience in responding to RFX for data and analytics (sales and marketing analytics, business intelligence, forecasting, market access and market intelligence/research) is preferable
• Experience in managing complex deals and solutioning development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Experience with pharma customers is preferable
• Understanding of campaign operations, content factory, modular content concepts is preferable
• Experience in marketing operations and agency services is a plus
