We are seeking a candidate experienced in B2B outbound lead generation, inside sales, or sales development. The candidate will be responsible for driving outbound revenue pipeline generation by implementing personalized campaigns on our Named Account List. They will identify and research potential leads within target geographies and verticals, and engage them through various channels. The candidate must have strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in CRM systems. They should also be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  1. Own outbound revenue pipeline generation goals by driving 1-1, 1-few, hyper-personalised campaigns on the Named Account List
  2. Identify and research potential leads within target geographies and verticals through various channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, online forums, and other relevant sources.
  3. Initiate outbound communications via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects and create interest in our products/services.
  4. Qualify leads by conducting thorough  assessments of Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing, along with understanding their pain points, challenges, and business goals.
  5. Schedule and coordinate sales appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to sales engagement.
  6. Track and manage leads and prospects in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities.
  7. Provide regular reports on outbound activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of the outbound marketing efforts.
Requirements
  1. 2-4  years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation, inside sales, or sales development.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and convey value propositions effectively.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant software applications.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes in strategies and tactics.
  7. Ability to understand complex technical subjects to be able to deep dive into the product/industry ecosystem
