Key Responsibilities for this position
To manage & lead Tamil Nadu Kerala sales activities for Flow products to achieve regional business goals.
"Develop and implement territory sales plan.
a. Develop territory sales plan in conjunction with regional business leader & division leader.
b. Grow CAPEX & OPEX Orders within territory
c. Extensive weekly Travelling within Tamil Nadu & Kerala
d. Timely reporting of variations ."
Key account management
Coordination with factory for timely product delivery; coordinate with Customer Care team for quotation; coordinate with Finance & Legal Dept for various approval
Coordinate & Implement overall FLOW marketing strategy
Support regional sales team & Service team
"Maintains understanding of general business practices
a. Understand and exercise Company policies and practices
b. Maintains up to date knowledge of products, completes training to develop additional skills and new products knowledge
c. Utilize informational tools to support Customer product application queries and provide solutions
d. Understands & works in strict compliance with Emerson policies including ethics
e. Lead Key Flow Projects in Region by involvement in developing strategies & ensuring to execute same"
