They should also have experience in condition monitoring, predictive analytics, and various process safety aspects.

Job Description

A: Scoping & Proposal Engineering and Resource Estimation

  • Study the Pre-Bid documents and identify scope of battery limits, work, etc.
  • Prepare Technical queries to Client and Understand the answered technical queries. 
  • Prepare Technical proposal.
  • Support the BD team by resolving the queries raised by Client on the technical proposal.
  • Resource Estimation: Estimate the required Human resource Services, Materials, Tools, Tackles, Instruments, Infrastructure items, Spares, O&M consumables, Services etc. for O&M contract.
  • Provide support in vendor qualification.
  • Evaluate Technical proposal from vendors & sub-contractors.
  • Raise Technical queries to the vendors and resolve any technical queries received from the vendors.
  • Identify possibility & scope for Digitalization, Automation & Mechanization to achieve better Performance with Optimum Resources.

 

B: Delivery Excellence

  • Identify the required technical data - Documents, Procedures, Processes, etc.
  • Understand, analyse and improve the available Working Documents / Systems.
  • Prepare / Update O&M Manual, SOP & SMPs.
  • Provide Training to Site Execution Team on O&M Manual, Processes, Procedures, Working Documents, Plant, Systems & Equipment.
  • Review & analyse the historical & current O&M performance data. 
  • Identify Areas & Potential of Improvement.
  • Monitor & analyse O&M Performance & MIS and raise alarms where required.
  • Audit the Implementation of O&M Manual, Processes, Procedures, Working Documents and Compliance therewith.
  • Support Site Execution Team in 
    • Competence evaluation, Training Need Identification & Development of Training Plan
    • Finalizing O&M objectives, Plan & Budget.
    • Development & implementation of Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) & Improvement Measures
    • Condition Monitoring & Predictive Analytics and Diagnostic Testing & Condition Assessment
    • Review & revision of Equipment Criticality Analysis, Maintenance Strategy, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment, Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Hazard & Operability (HAZOP) studies & other process safety aspects.
