Job Description
ROLE DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Provide leadership to the team of Planners, Cost Controllers and Document Controllers for Offshore projects
2.Provide direction to Planners in developing, setting up, monitoring and controlling of Integrated project schedule
3.Provide direction to Cost controllers in developing, setting up, monitoring and controlling of budget and Project Cost for smooth cash flow management
4.Provide direction to Document Controllers in developing, setting up and managing Document Control process for the project.
5.Preparation of overall Planning package including Execution Plan, WBS, Progress measurement procedure and Reporting procedure
6.Monitor and analyse progress to give early warning signals for delays / critical issues / clashes. Also, suggest remedial actions for the same.
7.Preparation and updating Project Control Dashboards for monitoring health of project.
8.Ensure timely issue of reports to Client / Internal Management.
9.Interface with project stakeholders for getting / providing Project Control related data.
10.Coordinate with contracts department on issues and strategies related to variations and disputed claims
11.Provide input related to Risk to the Risk Coordinator
12.Examine closely subcontractors execution schedule and progress reports and analyze and control subcontractors’ scheduling methodology
13.Participate in reviews and technical audits on Scheduling & Progress Reporting
14.To support on Forex / Commodity hedging actions
