Requirements

• 12-15Y of Material Planning / Supply planning experience in core Mfg / Consulting etc
• Have led a team of 6+ direct reports and mentor /coach them to achieve their operational tasks
• Must have hands-on exposure to planning systems ( SAP, BY-SPO )and have a deep understanding of BOM & Item parameters and how they relate to the demand cascade through the supply chain.
• Must-Have hands-on experience working independently with internal execution teams like production planning, engineering, and quality as well as procurement.
• Nice to have experience working directly with Supplier' material and capacity planning.
• Advanced ability to work in spreadsheets and comfortable handling and manipulating large datasets. A high level of amenity in working with numbers with advanced data analytics knowledge and skills will be plus.
• The ability to think strategically and execute tactically, persistent attention to detail, and ability to maintain composures under compressed or stressful timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation and PowerPoint skills
• Shown ability to work effectively in a team environment with multi-functional teams and possesses excellent interpersonal skills

Education

• Master’s Degree / MBA preferred in the field of Industrial Engineering, analytics or Supply Chain/Operations
• APICS- CSCP/CPIM  Certified will be an added advantage

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift: 6 AM -3 PM / 9AM – 5PM
