We are looking for a highly experienced Electrical/Computer Engineer with 15+ years of experience in NAND Flash memories to manage and lead a team. Responsibilities include defining deliverables and timelines, acquiring models and design rules, meeting qualification dates, enabling team members with tools and technical knowledge, managing multiple project-based environment, and managing the performance and development of team members.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Define Deliverables and Timelines From Other Groups
- Acquiring models, parasitic and design rules from Process Integration
- Meet qualification dates set by Product Engineering
- Follow up with Product Engineer on fail mechanisms, debug, etc.
Enable Team Members with Tools and Technical Knowledge
- Interface with Packaging, Probe, Test, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality Assurance, CAD, etc. to define design and layout methodology
- Possess high level understanding of circuit design
- Understand tape out processes and procedures
Manage and Participate in a Multiple Project-Based Environment
- Organize, prioritize, and manage logistic and resource allocations for multiple projects
- Prioritize tasks to attain schedules and deadlines
- Proactively develop methodologies to resolve issues
- Guide layout designers and design engineers to encourage professional technical development
Manage Performance and Development of Team Members
- Prioritize issues and projects
- Identify strengths and create specific development plans according to evaluated need
- Allocate resources to meet timelines and deliverables within the group
- Establish goals and conduct performance appraisals
- Coach and provide career development
- Identify headcount needs and make hiring decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
- MS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 15+ years NAND Flash memories experience
