You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders daily to stay focused on common goals.
Responsibilities
• Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact on business
• Put controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth the functioning of production systems
• Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
• Stakeholder relationships across all groups within the Bank ensuring alignment to common objectives and fulfillment of criteria and requirements across the various businesses and units.
• Member of the development/ implementation team (including off-shore) working on assigned tasks, projects, and initiatives.
• Interacts with members and other functional teams including members of the offshore team
• Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities
• Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/ procedures, including change and incident management process
• Provide general administrative support to the team including meetings, knowledge transfer, and activity reporting
• You are expected to work in shifts & weekends
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
• Day-to-day delivery and support of key treasury systems/initiatives
• Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancement/upgrades
Skills
Must have
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a Murex L1 production support
• First-hand experience with Unix, and SQL.
• Having experience in Batch monitoring.
• Control -M or any scheduling tool
• Superior technical, analytical, and communication capabilities.
• Current on new technology, standards, protocols, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment.
• Well-versed in digital technologies, automation, environment support, and key technology/vendor solutions.
• Exposure to capital market experience

• Good verbal & written communication skills.
