We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for the overall technical satisfaction of the account. You will work closely with the account to address and resolve any technical issues, propose cost-effective solutions, and ensure that all relevant information is properly documented and shared. As the Technical Account Manager, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong technical relationship with the account. You will chair weekly and monthly technical meetings, as well as coordinate co-development activities. Additionally, you will work closely with the service team to troubleshoot issues on site and ensure that the manufacturing process is fulfilling the necessary specifications. Travel may be required for customer visits. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Overall owner for Technical satisfactory of the Account
• Final escalation of Technical issues
• Roadmap alignment (internally and externally)
• Proactive propose the best cost effective solution (lowest TCO)
• Information is properly documented and shared
• Responsible for P-Spec edition, review, clarification and signoff
• Business Rules is followed
• Build relationship with Account at technical level

• Chair weekly technical meeting (internally)
• Chair monthly technical meeting with Account
• Owner as Technical communicator (internal and external)
• Yearly roadmap alignment with Account
• Coach service team to trouble shoot issues on site
• Work with factory to ensure MC is fulfilling the P-Spec
• Review and approve P-Spec
• Coordinates Co-development activities
• Organizes/supervises relevant technical activities with Account
->Trial, feasibility study, evaluation, demo, technical review meetings, roadmap alignment, P-Spec, co-development
• Assist Service to achieve buyoffs -> no deviations of performance vs. P-Spec
• Account Plan implementation -> relevant to Technical aspects
• Technical Roadmap alignment
• Introduction of new platform to the Account (Ismeca / Rasco / Delta)
• Survey competitors activities at customer site

2. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
• Degree in related technical field - mechanical, electronics, electrical or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in similar industrial environment
• Possess strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, trustworthy, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Authonomy in working activities
• Willing to travel up to 30% of work hours for customers visits
• Report to Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager LED
