Practice Overview: 

The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the S&C Global Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales, and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Extensive experience in designing and managing marketing campaigns within the industry, utilizing programmatic marketing techniques to optimize campaign performance.
  • Multi-Channel Expertise: Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Mar-tech Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Mar-tech tools, including Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media/organic marketing tools.
  • Data-Driven Campaigns: Define data requirements and utilize relevant insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
  • Experimentation and A/B Testing: Conduct multivariate experiments and A/B testing with clear rationale and defined outcomes for each experiment.
  • Customer Behavior Analysis: Analyze customer behavior to plan and optimize campaigns across marketing channels and messaging.
  • Agile Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns with an agile approach, modifying budgets, channel mix, creative requirements, etc.
  • Independent Initiative: Ability to drive campaigns with minimal supervision and work independently from onshore/offshore locations.
  • Collaboration: Establish and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • ROI Calculation: Calculate and simulate the impact of leads generated through digital channels and quantify channel ROI.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years of experience in designing and managing marketing campaigns in relevant industries.
  • Managing the full spectrum of Marketing program execution, from strategy definition to technical delivery.
  • Monitoring trends, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to analytical and data visualization tools.
  • Identifying opportunities for marketing process improvements.
  • Developing business cases for campaign strategies and technology solutions.
  • Desire to be hands-on and innovative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in using insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
  • Independent initiative and the ability to work effectively from different locations.
  • Effective establishment and nurturing of working relationships.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary design involving channels, people, process, policy, compliance/controls, and technology.
  • Collaboration with middle to senior management levels within existing organizations or client organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Highly organized with proven ability to develop efficient processes.
  • Success in navigating global matrixed environments and/or client-facing roles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and unstructured work environment
