Responsibilities:

q Manage Operations, businesses, Banks, Cash Services & Stakeholders within Honeywell.

q Manage Operations for banking activities & ensure timely delivery with quality. 

q Manage bank processes e.g. Cash pooling, ctry specific banking requirements, Cash funding, DD etc

q Ensure foreign transactions, translations and hedges are properly recorded.

q Ensure queries / transactions are resolved timely and GL is not aged

q Ensure banking recons are delivered on-time & with quality with no unexplained items.

q Ensure all banking recons are delivered by Operations on-time and with quality with no unexplained items.

q Ensure queries/ transactions are resolved on a timely basis & GL is not aged

q Provide financial reports, analysis, explanations and advice based on knowledge of financial information, relevant GAAP and supporting SAP systems.

q Initiate and review GL entries to ensure integrity of all transactions and resolve any query items.

q T&E postings & reconciliation, including working with the T&E team to address any fall outs and ensuring correct accounting of all T&E expenses.

q Design and continuously improve processes focusing on standardization & simplification.

q Drive improvement on identified issues within area of responsibility.

q Provide financial reports, analysis, explanations and advice based on knowledge of financial information, relevant GAAP and supporting SAP systems (Duplication of Point@9)

q Focus on relevant metrics and develop action plans based on metric outcome.

q Reduce exceptions through root cause analysis and implementation of solutions.

q Participate in new SAP implementation & ensure stabilization within 3 month ends

q Participate in new bank implementation & support UAT, testing in partnership with Treasury & IT teams

q Ensure relevant GAAP, HON accounting policies and HGFC procedures are adhered to.

q Participate in external and internal audits.

q Participate in process improvement reviews and projects.

Key Skills:

q Multi Bank / bank account reconciliations, research & investigation experience to resolve aged items.

q Large multinational environment experience

q Strong communicator on all levels

q Process orientated with excellent problem solving skills

q Strong technical and analytical skills

q Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley and Six Sigma
