Critical activities of the job
| Tax Operations | · Tax Return Compliance – - Prepare Domestic & International tax Packages and review work papers to ensure the accurate reporting of all aspects of the income tax returns. - Preparation of Federal (1120) & State Tax returns - Preparation of Form 5471, 8858, 5472, 1120F etc.… - Manage the timely and efficient administration of BOTs processing for all Tax process - Ability to work on Depreciation process - Ensure Corporate Income Tax Return fillings for all the Entities outside of US
· Cost Allocation – - Work on Cost allocation process for different regions and Business segments.

| Education and Certifications | · Bachelor’s Degree in Tax/Accounting, or related field
|
| Required Experiences | · A minimum of 2+ years directly related tax experience · Big Four accounting experience desired |
| Knowledge and Skills | Critical · Broad technical knowledge of US tax laws and regulations · U.S. GAAP Financial Accounting · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to complex issues · Vast knowledge of tax technology, inclusive of Corptax, OneSource Workflow Manager as well as an enhanced level of Microsoft excel ability
