JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for exceptional CRM developers to join our Investor Relations Tech (IR Tech) team based in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram. IR Tech team is focused on building technology tools for our global Investor Relations team. One among several functions of our business team is to manage relationship with prospective investors. And the team has shortlisted Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as the CRM platform for this purpose. While D365 has out-of-box solutions that may work, our business, given our unique culture, has several processes that demand numerous advanced features in a CRM tool. Therefore, the tech team will build several customizations using power platform as well as Dynamics specific tools and APIs. This role is specifically to implement our IR CRM requirements on MS Dynamics 365.
What you’ll do day-to-day
In this role, you’ll work with the product owner and manager to plan and execute the end-to-end solutions on the Dynamics 365. You’ll refine the product requirement working with the stakeholders after careful evaluation of the feasibility in order to attain the highest business impact. You’ll be responsible for building and deploying required customizations to achieve the business goal using power apps and Dynamics 365 APIs. You’ll also be expected to work with product owner, QA, and tech leads to make sure the implementation is robust, scalable and come up with implementation ideas and present the solution to the stakeholders wherever appropriate. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of the production environment of the CRM platform. Furthermore, you’ll be expected to work with Microsoft support and related external vendors in the event of support fixes as well as consultation. You’ll also drive all license related tasks collaborating with Systems team, InfoSec team and the Legal and Compliance team.
