We are looking to hire a Senior Tech Associate for the role of Operations in the Compliance Tech (ComplyTech) team, based out of Hyderabad/Bangalore/NCR. ComplyTech works on building software for pre-trade requirements and integrating with various Trading applications in the firm.

What you’ll do day-to-day

You will provide on-demand front-line support for the business-critical applications, monitor and troubleshoot in case of any production issues, and follow up with various teams as needed to fix the issues. You will proactively make efforts to understand the application, it’s criticality and impact on the other products. In addition to this, you will setup and manage the production/UAT infrastructure for the ComplyTech applications and handle various System Migrations and upgrades affecting the applications. You will also handle software configuration changes and the deployment of the applications. You will be responsible for ensuring that the ops documentation is in place for the various applications owned by ComplyTech. Additionally, you will automate and streamline the various ops processes and come up with productivity improvement tools.

Who we’re looking for

  • The ideal candidate should have a BCA/BSc (Computer Science/IT)/B.E./B.Tech. degree.
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling IT-operations for production-critical applications.
  • Experience in the fintech domain will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should be flexible with the working hours.
  • The ideal candidate should have worked in a Linux environment.
  • The candidate should be able to write/debug scripts in Python.
  • Candidates with hands-on experience with SQL databases will have an added advantage.
  • The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, learning skills, and critical thinking.
  • Candidates with knowledge of infrastructure automation and monitoring tools will be preferred.
