This team manages the technology that optimizes human capital processes and enables the firm to recruit and support our talented staff. What you’ll do day-to-day

You’ll partner with other product managers to liaise between users, software developers, designers to conceptualize solutions that expand and improve human capital systems. You’ll be responsible for understanding business needs, specifying technical requirements, managing and maintaining the product backlog, perform user acceptance testing and providing support for existing applications. This dynamic position offers a grounds-up view of the rich combination of proprietary systems and third-party products that make up the firm’s human capital systems landscape. You’ll be provided with opportunities to collaborate with a diverse set of colleagues across our human capital, business operations, information technology, and software development teams.

Who we’re looking for

  • Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or higher, and have two to four years of relevant work experience in product management or business analysis.
  • Candidate should have experience in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.
  • The candidate should possess a dedicated customer service mentality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a knack for problem solving.
  • The ideal candidate should exhibit the willingness and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, consistently meet deadlines and manage projects to completion.
  • Candidate should have an aptitude for collaborating effectively with teammates of varying technical knowledge, translating the needs of non-technical systems users into technical requirements (BRD, FSD, user stories), and the judgment to exercise extreme discretion with confidential information.
  • The candidate should also have the ability to develop cross functional influencing skills and drive project execution.
