We are looking for a candidate who can initiate, set-up and structure initiatives and projects on people, process, and technology. You will be responsible for monitoring the progress and delivery of change initiatives in Asia. Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and performing risk assessments. Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Managing project dependencies, vendors, and project resources. Fluency in English and good communication skills are essential. Experience in Wholesale Banking and change management principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, set-up and structuring of initiatives and projects on people, processand technology
  • Monitor the progress and delivery of change initiatives and project delivery in Asia
  • Identify and track remediation of (potential) issues in delivery of change initiatives in Asia
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness  
  • Perform risk assessment with project implementation
  • Regular and timelyupdate stakeholders on status, riskand issues
  • Identifying and managing project dependencies
  • Maintain regular contact with other change experts within Asia and HO for alignment and updates on the roadmap and projects
  • Manage vendors and project resources including all necessary logistic

Minimum Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E/ MCA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Bachelor/master'sdegree  
  • Min years of experience in an international Wholesale Banking environment
  • Good understanding of wholesale banking products, processesand technology solutions
  • Good business analysis and project management experience and skillset
  • Fluent in English (verbal and writing)  
  • Willingness to independently learn and improve skills and knowledge
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to maintaina pleasant attitude while in a high-pressure environment
  • A solid understanding on change management process
  • Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologiesand tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Ability to establishand maintain strong relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Forward looking with a positive attitude
  • Ability to translate new initiatives into proposals, roadmapsand executable plans
