GTM Program Manager / Consultant for Business Process Management or Business Transformation, APJ:
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) defining and executing on programs that result in a pipeline of 3X coverage of the quarterly booking targets. This will be accomplished by:
Driving ongoing Demand Generation Activities to uncover new customers and cross-sell and up-sell, (planning regional level, involvement in execution) Generating incremental partner sourced pipeline and revenue/bookings (to be defined), and Coordination of Enablement programs to increase proficiency of sales measured in seller participation rate (targeted outcome: 1. 80% participation rate targeted, 2, 80% of sellers will meet or exceed 80% of their annual quota).
Increasing and maintaining the predictability of the business and to ensure that the region meets or exceeds defined quarterly sales targets. This will be accomplished by:
Contributing to Deal Reviews and coaching sessions for key opportunities as well as to the execution major A2 opportunities across APJ Working with each Sales Leader and their respective Sales and Partner Teams to ensure active pipeline generation and Increasing new logo acquisitions by 25% above 2022 figures through Software AG direct sales or with partner organisations / renewals team to protect our installed base and ensure customers stay on Software AG’s DBP platform.
Advising prospects on their business transformation projects. Key expertise required:
Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop a clear vision for the business landscape of the prospect or customer identifying and optimizing business processes that will help to streamline operations, increase efficiency and productivity expertise in key specific industries (i.e. manufacturing, banking and financial services) is valuable for understanding market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs. It also helps tailor the transformation strategy to industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
The success of the role is highly dependent on collaboration with and execution support of the country sales leaders in APJ, pre-sales teams, partner management, sales operations and marketing. You will act as the interface to global product organization.
