Job responsibilities

Scheduling Investor Relations (IR) meetings with investors and corporates.

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, bespoke trips and other ad hoc Investor Access events
  • Prepare event invitations, meeting schedules and marketing materials as required
  • Work closely with the equity research, sales, regional investor access teams and other divisions of the firm to develop investor access strategy and content across different products.
  • Develop relationships with investors and corporate management by promoting investor access products.
  • Strict adherence to meeting protocols (cost saving measures, legal and compliance, risk policies, contract approvals).
  • Set up event details in our event management systems and market the event to our regional equity sales and research teams
  • Provide onsite support at events including monitoring meeting attendance and produce post-event reporting
