We are seeking a Marketing Professional to support our team of marketing professionals. This role will report to the Corporate Impact DEI Marketing Director and work with various teams to create and manage marketing plans. The role will focus on our key pillars of Financial Health, Small Business Growth, Careers and Skills, and Community Development. The goal is to achieve desired outcomes and KPIs related to brand reputation, social media reach, organic search results, racial equity, and corporate responsibility. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience working cross-functionally and with agency partners is preferred.

You will support working with a team of marketing professionals, some of whom are dedicated to specific Firmwide programs, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and the Marketing Center of Excellence across brand, media and digital execution teams. This role will report to the Corporate Impact DEI Marketing Director and work with each of the aforementioned teams to assist with creating and managing the marketing plans within our key pillars of Financial Health, Small Business Growth, Careers and Skills and Community Development to achieve desired KPI outcomes aligned to our telling our global impact.

  • Brand reputation, trust, favorability, and overall health; Racial Equity initiatives
  • Social media and PR positive sentiment and reach for pillar programs
  • Organic search results establishing JPMC as an industry leader in driving financial health, wealth and equity
  • Firmwide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion KPIs and corporate responsibility KPI’s
  • Delivering diverse supplier goals for Marketing 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a marketing professional
  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, gather and analyze data, obtain consensus and implement change.
  • Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. Must be self-directed, proactive, high energy, detail and results-oriented.
  • Experience understanding business drivers and ability to produce accurate analyses.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, including the ability to synthesize “the story” for executive-level audiences and adjust communication and style based on different audiences and agendas.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with team members across business and staff areas at all levels, and achieve goals without direct control over all resources.
  • Process- and controls-oriented leader, maintains a strong system of internal governance and controls

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience with a Fortune 500 company and with a highly recognized customer centric brand strongly preferred
  • A creative thought leader, exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to conceptualize new ideas
  • Strong executional/project management skills with evidence of managing challenges and application of sound judgment
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
  • Experience working with agency partners and getting the best out of them
