Job responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of complex initiatives by creating a project schedule, securing resources and defining the initiative goals in partnership with the Product Manager
  • Coordinate with various product groups, tech teams, stakeholders and lines of business during all project phases, from initial development through implementation, reporting out on progress on a regular basis
  • Make sure teams are collaborating well, and staying motivated and on schedule
  • Coordinate the timely notification and documentation for any changes that need to be communicated with any of the teams in operations, including formal change management 
  • Manage horizontal processes like system access, controls, etc. for Engage & Manage 
  • Prepare meeting agendas and decks
  • Work with the various agility teams to ensure compliance with CCB standards within Jira, Confluence and other tools

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Intermediate to expert level of knowledge of JIRA and Confluence; with ability to build dashboards and pull data
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and strong knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Strong problem solving and execution skills
  • Experience partnering and influencing across a complex and matrixed organization
  • Outstanding problem structuring and analytic capabilities in gathering and synthesizing complex and diverse information from a variety of sources
  • Leadership skills including conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work products under time critical deadlines while handling multiple initiatives required
