We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Strategic Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and analyzing complex information, collaborating with partner teams, and driving strategic projects and initiatives. You will also be involved in creating management presentations and reports, tracking key business results, and supporting audit and compliance deliverables. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Business, Finance, or Economics, with 7 to 9 years of experience in Banking or Wealth Management. Job responsibilities :

  • Organize & analyze complex information across multiple products in a strategic and compelling manner, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Help towards building a collaborative eco-system with partner teams i.e. Operations, Technology, Advisor Support etc. while identifying synergies and collaboration opportunities 
  • Drive and influence strategic projects & initiatives across the India Wealth Management Solutions organization. These include enhancing synergies & partnership between product teams, executing the controls framework while facilitating various organizational pillars such as culture, automation, learning & development and diversity, equity & inclusion.
  • Swiftly create project outlines and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards with limited supervision.
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish, evolve & track key business results & metrics while liaising with large teams. Additionally, you will play a critical role in organizing & managing team offsites, town-halls, events, global leadership visits.
  • Be the central point for managing team metrics such as headcount, expenses, timely executive reporting, while assisting with the team’s needs e.g. attrition levels, headcount tracking, recruitment updates, seating charts, technology accesses, onboarding new hires etc.)
  • Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and skills

  • MBA in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area with 7 to 9 years’ experience in Banking / Wealth Management preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge in applications like Tableau, Alteryx, Python a plus
  • Experience in delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
  • Experience in initiating & executing projects and deliverables with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Demonstrate executive presence and thought leadership with ability to advocate your views while building consensus across multiple stakeholders
