Join our India based team as a support member for the Wealth Services team. You will be responsible for various aspects of client servicing, including administrative tasks, competitor analysis, transfer management, and preparing business reports. This India based team will play a critical support role to the Wealth Services team, operating as an extension of the London based team, and responsible for several aspects of servicing our clients across sales life cycle. 

(The India team members may have direct client interaction for administrative purposes however will NOT be involved in licensed activities, they will be responsible to partner/support the UK based Senior Wealth Managers, Wealth Managers and Wealth Consultants only with objective of offering full spectrum support) 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Loading prospective opportunities into the CRM system (Salesforce)
  2. Reviewing opportunities and undertaking administrative tasks related to funding and finance reconciliation
  3. Competitor analysis
  4. Transfer management, including following up with ceding providers and clients 
  5. Letter of authority requests to clients undertaking advice
  6. Preparation of cash flow forecasts 
  7. Prospecting : Responsible to research prospects (using databases, general search) and create bio’s focusing on pertinent information to prepare the Wealth Manager for the meeting
  8. Preparing presentations and materials for prospective client meetings (background research, other client connections, recent news, existing portfolio analysis)
  9. Preparing business reports, including Monthly and Quarterly reviews for the team

 

Required qualifications and skills:

  • University degree holder (preferred  MBA / CFA/ CA/ FRM) and / or with 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent stakeholder engagements skills
  • Inclination to understand market dynamics and develop expertise
  • Fluency in English required though additional knowledge of German, Spanish or Portuguese will be an added advantage
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
  • Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment

  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
