The work:

  • Work on a multi-wave S/4HANA implementation of several SAP modules/products including Finance, Commercial, Procurement, SCM, EWM, MES, BI, IBP and EDI.
  • Roll out the solution to numerous manufacturing plants and distribution centers across Canada and the US.
  • Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of these waves from planning to execution.
  • Provide strategic leadership and manage program finances and commercials.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients in a French-speaking environment.
  • Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
  • Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
  • Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture

 

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Delivering SAP projects including full lifecycle SAP implementations (Local and Global) consisting of program planning/management, Business Case development, planning and implementation across different phases of Software Engineering process
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in areas such as finance, commercial and procurement
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources
  • Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and should be comfortable working with various functional SAP experts and business teams.
  • Experience working in a Managed Service environment
  • Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be fully bilingual (English/French)
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
