Description
PLM Physical product & operations team within IM GIC india is responsible for working with PLM tools and, the PLM Operational Support Community provides services which enable end-users (internal and suppliers) to efficiently use deployed Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) solutions on a day-to-day basis and to facilitate the security as well as the quality of data generated and modified with these solutions.
PLM Physical product & operations in AIRBUS focuses on supporting all solutions used for the conception and development of Aircraft.
Needs to follow the software development & operations processes by using dedicated tools and ensuring the on-time, quality delivery of software releases independently.
Qualification & Experience
Engineering graduate with 6-8 years of experience in managing software development.
3-6 years Good Handson experience on Delmia (DPE, DPM and 3DLive) Functional
2-4 years on Project management
2-4 years of Business process analysis
1-2 years of subcontractor management experience
1-2 years of experience in the area of bespoke and COTS applications management
Certification in ITIL and Waterfall / Agile/ SAFe project methodologies
Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders transnationally
Experienced in working within a product delivery lifecycle
Software quality management awareness

Responsibilities:
Project/business management related activities of these applications including:
Work closely with Delmia Accenture support team on the following:
Provide functional expertise in relation to the Delmia application portfolio.
Provide process expertise in relation to the Delmia application portfolio.
Provide customer facing business/user relationship expertise.
Provide lifecycle management support (requirements, documentation, integration, test and acceptance) for project deployment activities as applicable.
Raise Incidents, Change Requests etc. in relation to the application support/deployment activities.
Perform Project Management Support for the following key activities:
Delmia Obsolescence (hardware, server replacements)
Delmia A350F Integration
MS Office decommissioning
Delmia Global performance analysis
The Delmia Bridge
Provide support for Delmia Bridge quality improvement activities:
Issue root cause analysis and resolution
Daily bridge monitoring, investigation and implementation of solutions/fixes
Ad-Hoc Bridge activities/investigations
Raise Incidents, Change Requests etc. as required in relation to the performance.
Engage in Delmia bridge robustness and operational activities.
He/She shall be willing to work in European Shift Times when needed(upto 10.30 PM IST in Summer and 11.30 PM IST in winter.)
