Job Description:

Position: Finance Analyst

Location: Bangalore (6 positions) and Delhi (3 positions)

 

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supplier Invoice processing accurately in line with tax invoice, PO and GRN (three way match)
  • Follow up GRN with various stakeholders and support them in performing GRNs
  • Prepare AP ageing schedule and reconciliation with Trial Balance
  • Ensure MSME supplier invoices are processed on time
  • Support in rolling out MSME supplier status confirmation and maintain update MSME tracker
  • Supplier ledger reconciliations on timely basis
  • Employee expense claims processing on time and in line with policy
  • Support various stakeholders in settling forex travel advances
  • Prepare outstanding expense claims; for provision of travel expenses along with ageing of expense claims on timely basis
  • Reconciliation of travel management company ledger, forex advance requests and employee ledgers on timely basis

 

 

Minimum Education, Experience and Qualifications Required for Position:

 

Education: Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate


 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 3-8 years of experience in accounts payable and employee claims processes
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skill both written and verbal
  • Must be well organized and a self-starter
  • Consistently follow company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and duties.
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Prior experience of SAP and Concur tools are preferred
