How You'll Help Us Connect the World: Here, you will drive world-class sales reporting, insights, and analytics to the RUCKUS Americas Sales Leadership Team. You will be responsible for sales forecasting; sales analysis and reporting; incentive plan quota setting and crediting; and SalesForce.com data integrity, support, and troubleshooting. Reporting to the Sales Finance Manager, this role will collaborate with the RUCKUS Americas Sales Leadership Team, Product Line Management, and Segment Finance by providing valuable information on business results and analysis to help drive business decisions and process improvements. We will look to you for revenue and point of sales forecasting and analysis, quota planning and sales incentive crediting and analysis and Salesforce funnel analysis reporting. Required Qualifications for Consideration: A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with preferably 3+ years of relevant experience. Some amount of team management experience Advanced Excel skills with the proficiency to manipulate data in a variety of formats, including demonstrated ability to use pivot tables, macros, slicers, and formulas. Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, consistency, and quality control. High proficiency with meeting deadlines and working both independently and collaboratively. Accomplished written and communication skills with the ability to perform multiple initiatives simultaneously and follow through on projects and pivotal initiatives You Will Excite Us If You Have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Data Analytics. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or CRM systems. Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Business Objects. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
